We are at the Monastery of Sant Feliu de Guíxols. The same place Benedictine monks lived until 1835 when they were forced to leave due to the Ecclesiastical confiscations of Mendizábal.
We cook exactly at the same place where the monks used to cook. And you will eat at the refectory, the same place the monks used to launch and dinner every day in profound silence. Also, you can enjoy the sunny and good weather of our breathtaking terrace.
With us, you will enjoy delicious "surf and turf" recipes that connect the traditional cuisine with avant-garde techniques. Delicious Mediterranean dishes carefully made with the best and freshest local ingredients. Always paired with a wide and carefully thought selection of vivid wines.
The Rule of Saint Benedict sets to eat in silence; we invite you to enjoy our cuisine while breathing the unique spirituality of the monastery of Sant Feliu de Guíxols.
